DG/CEO Nigeria’s Energy Commission Felicitates With Muslims on Eid-ul-Adha

The Director General of Nigeria’s Energy Commission (ECN) has congratulated Nigerians, particularly Muslims in the country and in diaspora, as they celebrate the Muslim festival, Eid-ul-Adha.

While calling on Muslim Ummah to continue to imbibe the spirit of sacrifice and faith, examplary of Prophet Ibrahim (Peace be upon Him), Dr. Mustapha Abdullahi urged that the period of celebration be focused on prayers for the peace and prosperity of the Nigerian nation.

The Chief Executive also used the opportunity to assure Nigerians that the Renewed Hope Initiative of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s administration is committed to ensuring that Nigerians enjoy improved power supply across the country.

He reiterated that the solarization drive of the federal government is poised to ensure that all Nigerians enjoy alternative sources of energy, as no nation can develop effectively without adequate supply of energy to promote growth and sustainable development.

Dr. Mustspha enjoined all to support the programme on solarization as the President Tinubu led government is committed to restoring the country back to the path of progress.

He urged Nigerians to trust the government as it continues to reposition the affairs of the nation; a great country and people with its people-oriented reforms and initiatives.
